The one (800) 763-7732 Customer Satisfaction Line is available to BFMC/HPN members Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, and a confidential voicemail is available after hours. Our motto "We C.A.R.E. ...Where Caring Comes to Life!" is made tangible by providing this communication line to our customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Individuals are encouraged to call us with questions or comments with regard to the care and service we deliver.
We provide on-site Customer Service Representatives to assist our patients. If you wish to speak with a Customer Service agent in person, please check in with one of our first-floor receptionists and a representative will be called to meet with you.
BFMC/HPN also provides friendly Customer Service Representatives that can be conveniently contacted by phone. Do you have a question about your insurance eligibility, choosing a physician or about a bill you have received? We are here to serve you.
